Quiet Sunday in Oklahoma City

On a cool, rainy Sunday in OKC, we decided to play a game that Jared bought with his birthday money from us, Grandma and Grandpa. A game that any Buckeye fan (us) would be proud to own.
This is what we played, and played and played.....a good 2 1/2 hours....Jared won, which made the new game even more fun!! Great to be 12 years old!

This is what we snacked on when we were finished.....yummo....homemade salsa.......wonderful with bagel chips!

And this is what that homemade salsa was made from......Ohio grown tomatoes and peppers...brought with love from Ohio!

More traveling posts to follow in the upcoming days!

Nothing better than a good game of Monopoly. We have one from the university my husband and I went to. So great to have such wonderful family time together.
Take care,
Karen

I so want that game! But Rich will not let me buy another Monopoly (we only own 4, what's he thinking?)

Yummy Salsa!! I love family board games and am so happy that we will soon have a family of four so that we can play them in the evenings when the kids are a little older.
