Snow Day

If this wasn't the weekend, it definitely would have been a "snow day" for a lot of schools and businesses! We probably received about 12 inches in our area and we were on the edge of the front that went through Ohio....south of us got much more. It is a good day for staying in and sewing, reading, eating or all of the above.
I'm feeling better, but still a little "punky"....jammies sound good for all day....in fact, with a hooded sweatshirt that is what the outfit of the day is!

Hi Sandy!
Your plans for today seem like a good thing. The snow in the east is making the news big time here in the west. We are having rain storms, but nothing like your place or Bethesda where our son and his family live.

Happy sewing and taking care of yourself. Yucky is not fun!

I'm with you on that one, and we haven't had the snow. Hope you have a good weekend

I'm spending the afternoon going through my quilt magazines and pulling out the patterns I want to make. What's left is going to my next quilt guild meeting! :0)

We did't get the snow here in RI like you did, but it sure is freezing. I've been in my sewing room all day in a hooded sweatsuit too. My fun is ending though...my husband wants to do the taxes. Ugh!
Stay warm,
~Karen~

I just put up a post with pictures on my personal blog about how snowless we are here in NE Minnesota! Seems everyone else is getting the snow this year except us.

I'm not the least bit sick but my body is saying today that jammies and a hooded sweatshirt sound really good! Keep taking care of yourself.

Pleased you are feeling better. PJ's sound like the way to go for you.I love to see the beautiful photos of your snow. Would you believe I am off for my swim now. That's what happens when I live on the other side of the world.
