Feeling yucky....and a little better

I haven't been feeling well since Monday...actually it started hitting me last weekend and I went to the Dr. on Monday. I thought that it wasn't a regular old cold and I was right...a sinus infection. I felt worse Tuesday and even more worse on Wednesday. Thank goodness today was the beginning of "better".
I started sorting my wools for the group that I joined....Wool Crazy. These are some leftovers from projects and also, mostly, old apparel from the Goodwill that I felted and took apart. These squares look wonderful and I hope to get at least one completed...even one would be a cute wallhanging.

This is the book that we are using....gorgeous wool work!

I finally had an appetite and decided to make this recipe, Cheesy Chicken Chowder, that my hubby found in our local paper this week. Nothing like comfort food when you haven't been feeling well. It was very good.

Sandy, I hope you get over it soon....sinus infections are horrible. Wool is very popular these days, it seems!

I hope you feel 100% soon. I had the yuck all of January with the kids. That's a lot of wool! ;)

Sounds like you've been tough enough to win out over the ol' sinus infection which is good to hear. Take it easy (a little hand stitching?) for a few days so you don't have a relapse.

Homemade soup and lots of liquid will make you strong!
