Family and some Goodies

Here are some more pictures from our trip to Oklahoma and our grandsons wrestling. All of us in front of the arena where it was held in Tulsa.

Three generations of Kalmeyer men. Jordan is 15 years old already.

Jared, 13, getting a pin....and a win.

Jordan trying really hard to turn this guy.

Intent and focused.....

Such a great time we had....
These came in the mail today. I have read all of Jennifer Chiaverini's Elm Creek series and have them in hardcover. Can't wait to start this one. Actually it is time to read them all again....summer should be good for that!
I have seen the other two on blogs and was excited to get them, especially Scrap-Basket Sensations....each quilt is yummy. They are designed for Jelly Rolls, but she gives instructions for using your stash also.

In the Quilt a Gift....so cute from yo-yo's.

Wool projects also.

This advent calendar looks really darling with wool and hand embroidery.

This quilt really caught my attention...think it could be the first one I choose from the Scrap-Basket book.

And this is prep work for a purse class to be taught at Quilt Guild tomorrow night....can't wait.

I'm so glad you had such a great time in our little town! I'm a HUGE fan of the Elm Creek series too, but haven't read the newest one yet. You'll have to share if it's as fabulous as all the others!!!!
