My friend, Sandy and I were planning on bringing a Jelly Roll to try the quilt that I had seen featured here. When we started to sew it, we realized that we had brought the same fabric..Rural Jardin by Moda. They turned out different because of how you sew the strips together....that's me on the left. I took 6 blocks to get caught up on the 12 Days of Christmas BOM.....I finished 3 of them. I just love how they are turning out....I got a lot of compliments on the fabric also.....I think I like everything that Kate Spain has designed. Here are a few pics of what everyone was working on.....really great projects.

I have a plan to sew my Kona solids jelly roll together exactly that way...I love how the strips are connected diagonally. So many great projects in one weekend!!!
