Autumn?
Autumn is officially almost a month from now and by our 90 deg. weather lately you wouldn't think it was that close. I decided to make another fabric wreath like I made for Spring....Rachel did the tutorial here. This time in fall colors....I used Pumpkin and Spice by Deb Strain for Moda. I got everything prepped.
Then I assembled it. The tying took me about 3 hours total....spaced out.

Loved that book....
Your wreath is just lovely.
Love your wreath! I really need to make one of those! Maybe for Christmas. :0)
Nice wreath and your seam ripper is super-cute!!
Your wreath is gorgeous! I had printed out her tutorial last spring and actually bought the wire wreath frame. Somehow got sidetracked and didn't do it. This was a good reminder. I'll begin cutting fabric strips soon...think I want sort of a scrappy look which I could use often, not just in autumn, although I do love the fall colors so much. We'll see what I come up with when it happens.
I love your fall wreath too! I can't wait for fall and the cooler temps!!! I'm also a fellow Elm Creek lover! Aren't they the best?!
Yes, Hampton is in Queensland, there are Hamptons in Australia too. The name rings a bell, I think we may have been there some years ago - it was a quaint little place, if it's the one I am thinking of.
The autumn wreath is lovely, autumn colours are my favourite
Cute wreath!! I may have to venture out and make one for myself. The seam ripper is adorable!
