I guess this was a finish "of a block". This is Goose Creek and was the pattern for our Quilt Guild meeting last Wednesday. We were supposed to make it scrappy and I used a charm pack, Blessings, from Moda. I like the way it turned out. Of course I didn't win the blocks again!!
This free BOM was stitched at the begininning of 2009, but never finished....it is now and hanging for Jan. 2010.
Don't worry, I'm not in any group that counts finishes, so these are just finishes for me! ;o)

Delightful January snowman block/wall hanging! I'll bet he makes you smile every time you look at him.
Maybe I should make my snowman now since I never got to it last January! LOL Your snowman and block look great! :0)
Love the fabric you have used for the blocks and nice to see the January snowman
Cute little snowman! If you had won the blocks from your guild you would have had another UFO.....that's why I stopped doing it.
Horray for you Sandy. It feels great to finish ufo's. Still working on the rug. Would rather be quilting. But I promised myself to finish this before starting anything new. UGH!!
I love the snowman, and I love the fabrics you used on the blocks, hugs xxx
Great finishes.
