I finished quilting and binding my Gail Pan Designs free Christmas BOM for 2009 and it is now hanging in my upstairs hall. This was so much fun and now I finally have a Christmas wallhanging completed.
Very attractive. And the nice thing is now every year you just have to pull it out, hang it, and there you go! No more pressure ever again to get it done in time to put up for the season. But you know what? Sometimes it's even more satisfying to work, work, work right up to a deadline than to finish a holiday piece in, say, July and then pack it away for six months!
I am a wife, mother of 3 adult children and grandmother of 6. I love to quilt, especially the piecing and applique part of the process! I enjoy hand embroidery also. My new word for 2013 is FINISH, and I am already doing well on that. As of March, quite a few projects from the past are finished. Yippee.

The BOM turned out great, it must feel really good to have it finished in time to ejoy for the Holiday.

Sandy, that is lovely! You will enjoy having it hanging each Christmas, I'm sure.
